Minecraft Winter Camp (ages 7-12)

Join us as we explore, learn, problem solve, and create amazing and unique worlds together using the popular game Minecraft.
Minecraft is a 3D simulation game in which players work on their own, or collaboratively, to discover resources and use them to craft and build a unique world.
Please make sure your child has an account prior to coming to class.

Stop-Motion Video Camp (ages 7-12)
Session 1: December 21st - 22nd 10:30am - 12:30pm
Session 2: December 28th - 29th 10:30am - 12:30pm
Bring your story to life! Students develop their appreciation for great story-telling by developing and filming their own stop-motion movies.
Children work in pairs to create their own stories and use computers, webcams and special software to bring their stories to life!

Jr. Lego Robotics Camp (ages 5-8)

LEGO's WeDo platform allows student to build and program their own robotics creations.
The WeDo programming platform is designed to provide a good introduction of programming and robotics to early elementary students. Students will learn how to program computers to do their bidding.

LEGO Robotics for our older kids, ages 8-11,combines LEGO building, computer programming, design, team-work, and problem-solving skills in a fun and challenging environment.
LEGO Robotics gives our kids at this level an opportunity to explore engineering, math and science. The process of creating autonomous machines that complete useful tasks is what makes LEGO robotics so much fun, and our kids LOVE It!!

Through games and puzzles students will explore math beyond the numbers. They will discover the power of their minds while having a lot of fun. They will learn new strategies as they become more confident problem solvers with increased critical thinking and logic skills.
